Assessment and Action Planning
Consultation begins with first understanding the “problem.” I will conduct a multi-level assessment of your organization in order to truly understand what the well-being issues are for employees.
After a thorough assessment, I will complete a report with recommendations for your organization to help improve well-being. These will include both short-term and long-term options. Following this review, I will work with you to action plan about what and where you would like to put your resources and energy towards.
